    AHS Preseason Swim Technical

    January 9th-February 1st

    4:00-5:15 PM @ AHS

    • 12 practice sessions to prepare swimmers for the upcoming swim season.  Tues, Weds & Thurs.

    • Review proper technique for all strokes, proper turns all swimmers are expected to know & forward and backstroke racing starts.  

    • We must have a minimum of 12 swimmers to run the Preseason Technical.  Email kkirshen@martinez.k12.ca.us  if you plan to participate. Fees will be $100. Pay through the AHS Web Store (Swimming Team Donations) or check made out to AHS.

    • Swimmers enrolled in a winter water polo program should NOT miss their water polo practices to attend the Preseason Swimming.  They can do both, but should not miss water polo.
